Apple Slices Dipped in Peanut Butter

My two boys don't need any convincing to eat fruit. They eat apples by the kilo loads each week, so this wasn't a way to make them eat fruit but a way to make afternoon tea a little more fun.

We actually all enjoyed these with both hubby and I thinking they tasted pretty good as well.

The are quick, easy and fun to eat and make.

INGREDIENTS

Apples, cored and cut into wedges
Peanut Butter (or try a seed spread like tahini mixed with a little honey)
Sprinkles

LET'S PUT IT ALTOGETHER

Simply smear some peanut butter on one tip of the apple wedge and then dip in the sprinkles. Continue until you have used all your apple wedges.

Best enjoyed straight away as the apple with go brown once it has been cut.
