Banana, Mango & Ginger Smoothie

Everyday I have been enjoying a smoothie and I can really feel it in my body when I haven't had one. My body loves the boost of extra nutrients.

I would of made a hundred smoothies now experimenting with what's in the fridge and also using all the overripe fruit that I freeze in ziplock bags. Frozen fruits (especially bananas) in smoothies make them thick and creamy.

Lately I have been adding a few slithers of fresh Ginger to my morning smoothie and has given it a real good kick of flavour.


INGREDIENTS

1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Frozen Mango
1/2 Cup Almond milk
1/2 Cup Cold Water
2 Slithers of fresh Ginger

LET'S PUT IT ALTOGETHER

Place all ingredients in a blender or Personal blender like the Kambrook Blitz2Go and blend until smooth.

Enjoy.

Serves 1

  1. I like to add crushed ice to my smoothies and blend it in with the smootthie ingredients
    so that I have an extra way of getting water into my body besides just drinking plain water all day. It's a bonus.
