Ingredients
1 whole chicken
1.5 litres of water
2 carrots, cut
1 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, whole
Salt & Pepper
Cooked noodles (or spaghetti)
3 Cups mixed vegetables of your choice
Let's Put It Altogether
Place the chicken, carrots, onion, garlic, water, salt and pepper into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Boil the vegetables with the noodles or spaghetti.
Remove the whole chicken from the slow cooker and place on a plate to cool a little. Pull all the chicken meat of the chicken bones and place the meat back into the slow cooker.
Add the cooker noodles or spaghetti and vegetable to the slow cooker bowl that already has the liquid and chicken in it.
Stir to combine and serve.
